We are now looking for an Environmental Engineer for a temporary position of approximately one year.

About the Position

As an Environmental Engineer, you will work broadly within the environmental field and support the operations, both in daily work and in more long-term processes. You will assist colleagues in various projects regarding environmental issues and be responsible for management and follow-up with customers regarding documentation of grease separators. You will also work on upstream tasks, handle simpler environmental investigations, and be responsible for certain regulatory reporting, such as reporting deviations and periodic inspections of our facilities. The role also includes functioning as environmental support for operations in daily work at our facilities for water treatment, water production, pipeline networks, and return points.

About You

You have a higher education or university degree in environmental science or other experience that we consider equivalent. We prefer that you have experience working in project form and previous experience in qualified environmental work. To thrive in the role, you need to be self-driven and able to take responsibility for your tasks. You are structured and meticulous, with a good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work. You have a service-oriented and professional approach as well as good collaboration skills, which means you can cooperate with both internal and external parties. Furthermore, you have the ability to see the big picture in complex contexts and to translate requirements, guidelines, and regulations into practically implementable solutions. You communicate clearly in both speech and writing and document your work in a structured manner. A B driver's license is required.
